Nocton Wood House

Working with an existing estate owner’s farmhouse, our team secured planning to convert the large dwelling from residential use into the main Estate Offices for our Client. Given the challenge of a cross programme of users, allowing for working farm hands, office-based staff, produce buyers and executive visitors to use the building, the building layout was designed to allow for both a practical working environment and formal hosting.
