Part II Architectural Assistant

We have a wonderful opportunity for a passionate and proactive Part 2 architectural assistant to join our studio based in Tower Bridge, just a short walk from London Bridge station. This is an exciting time for us and an opportunity to become a key member of our growing team.

You will have the chance to quickly progress and develop your skills with support and guidance from our tight-knit team of talented and experienced architects. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects from bespoke one-off homes in beautiful countryside locations and rural diversification projects for discerning landowners to, masterplanning and mixed-use developments in London.

Alongside a variety of other projects at various stages of design, the first and main project you will be involved with is an exciting redevelopment of a commercial and residential mixed-use quarter located within very close proximity to our studio. Inspired by biophilic design principals and working closely with the project architect and director, you will be involved in developing and refining the existing design and have the opportunity to gain hands-on site experience, liaising directly with the contractor and client. You will be involved in assisting with the surveying of various units, preparing arrangement drawings and assist with responding to RFI’s as work progresses on site. This project will provide you with the rare opportunity to see multiple, design-led, high-quality projects on site from start to finish within a relatively quick turnaround.
